First Aid (12.07.2017)

14-05-2016 – First – Aid

The Haryana State Productivity Council organised a one full day training programme on First-Aid at the training hall of the council plot no. 521A ,Sector-17,Faridabad..The training was imparted by Mr. Rattan Singh Azad,qualified First-Aid trainer from St. John Association ,Faridabad branch .At the end of the programme Dr. Batra ,Chief Medical officer (Retd.),B.K. Hospital examined the participants .

Shri Surender Suhag , ISH Dy. Director, Industrial Safety & Health ,Dept. Of Labour, Govt of Haryana inaugurated the traning programme. Mr. Anurag Gehlawat advised that we should orgainze similar programme at regular intervals & departments of Industrial safety & health would support initiativ of Haryana State Producitvity Council. 33 participants from following Industries attended the training porgramme.

08-07-2016 – Labour – Laws-What a Supervisor Should Know

The Haryana State Productivity Council organised a one day Workshop on Labour – Laws-What a Supervisor Should Know” on 8th July,2016 at Hotel K ,Faridabad. The Workshop was conducted by panel of three experts namely Shri A.N.Sharma,Labour Law Consultant, Shri Harish Sharma, Assistant Labour Commissioner Govt. Of Haryan, Shri S.S.Chauhan,Ex. Assistant Labour Commissioner in very professional way and explained all 14 Acts that govern the industries.

The Workshop was inagurated by Shri H. S. Malik Chairman Child Welfare Committee,Govt. Of Haryana . In his Inaugural address Mr. H.S. Malik advocated the compliance of JJ Act and not to employ Child Labour in the organisation .It is the reponsibility of the Mangement to ensure safe Working conditions for all sections of employees. Female employees need extra care against harasment and safe environments.

Shri J.P. Malhotra ,President in his welcome address advise the participants to be open in communication to employees. He said that provisions of Laws and rule need to be understood and compliance ensured before going for additional faclities and perks but minimum provisions of Labour Laws must be met.

Productivity Week Celebrations 12th February – 18th 2017 by Haryana State Productivity Council “ Productivity Slogan Competition”

You are aware that Haryana State Productivity Council is a well reputed organisation spreading Productivity Movement in this part of the country. Over the last many years large number of organisations have benefitted from Training Seminars, Workshops and Courses organised by us.

As an integral part of National Productivity Council we shall observe as productivity 12th February as Productivity Day and the seven days period from 12th to 18th February as National Productivity Week. Productivity improvement in an industry is very much essential for it’s survival , existence & it’s growth. Improved productivity leads to prosperity of the individuals working in the organization & other associated with the organization. Quality is the ability of a product or service to meet and exceed customer expectations. Quality is the result of the efficiency of the entire production process formed of men, material, and machinery.

The workshop will be conducted by Mr. S K Kalraiya, Chief Trainer – Colt & Grow with 33 years of experience in Automotive Sector in the field of CNC machining, Fabrication & Process Engineering.He has conducted several interactive training/workshops in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 7QC Tools, GD & T, Cutting Tools, CNC programming etc. and trained more than 1000 engineers.

4. Half Day Training – Soft Skills and Basic Computer Skill on 18-03-2016

An Innovative Training on “ Basic Soft Skill and Computer Skills” was organised on 18th March, 2016 Sh. M.P. Rungta ,CMD Cosmos Fibre Glass Ltd. and a leading entrepreneur inaugurated the programme.
The unique Training was conducted by Ms. Charu Smita Malhotra of, IBM. The programme was attended by 43 participants from 15 organisations. The learned Faculty explained in details the basic etiquette and communication skill required by each and every employee. Very searching Q & A followed at the end of the training programme.

3. Interactive Session with ESIC Regional Director on 09-03-2016

The Council organised and Interactive session on 9th March,2016. The Interactive Session was Inaugurated by Sh. S.Basu Regional Director , Employees State Insurance Corporation.
President J.P. Malhotra while addressing the participants at the Interactive Meeting
with ESIC senior officers said that Employers must deposit ESIC contributions in
time and continuously at the stipulated rate. This would avoid inconvenience to the
emplyees , i.e. insured persons for seamless ESIC treatment and services . 42
participants than 29 different organisations participated in the Interactive Session.

Haryana State Productivity Council is organizing a Half Day Training Workshop on Statistical Process Control for Engineers working in Production, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Supply Chain deptt. with the objective to enhance their contribution to Productivity, Improve Quality and Reduce Cost in their companies.

  • 6. Collection of data and construction of basic control charts.

FACULTY
The workshop will be conducted by Mr. S K Kalraiya, Chief Trainer – Colt & Grow with 33 years of experience in Automotive Sector in the field of CNC machining, Fabrication & Process Engineering. He has conducted several interactive training/workshops in 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 7QC Tools, GD & T, Cutting Tools, CNC programming etc. and trained more than 1000 engineers.

GENERAL
We have condensed 7 hour course to 4 hours. Participants are requested to observe timings so that we can take advantage of the learned speaker’s experience & knowledge. We should ensure complete coverage of the course.

7 QC Tools – Problem Solving Technology on 23 – 07-2016

A half day Seminar on “7 QC Tools – Problem Solving Technology” was organised the Council on 23rd July,2016 at the training hall of the council Sh. Ajay Joneja, Managing Director, Joneja Bright Steel Pvt. Ltd inaugurated the seminar and urged the participants to look into Quality Cost and Delivery of their products. Urging the enterprises to take benifit of such focus training ,seminars which aim at productivity enhancement..He profusely praised the course content of the seminar under the presidentship of Sh. J.P. Malhotra.

The half day seminar was conducted by Sh. S.K. Kalraiya ,Chief Trainer Colt & Grow dealt in details the specific 7 QC Tools namely Check Sheet, Pareto Diagram, Scatter Diagram, Control Charts ,Graphs and Flow Diagrams, Stratification and Histogram and created awareness on how to use the pictorial presentation of QC Tools in the Industry.

Mr. J.P. Malhotra ,President, Haryana State Productivity Council in his presidential address at the Half -Day Workshop on 7 QC Tools – Problem Solving Technology” said that use of enhancement tools and technology will every time reduce cost of products and services resulting in increase market share and rise in profits. Use of productivity initiatives such as 5S, The Wastes, Benchmarking, Knowlodge Management, Quality Circles, 3Ms, is the need of the hour if “Make in India’ has to secceed.

Labour – Laws-What a Supervisor Should Know” on 08-07-2016

The Haryana State Productivity Council organised a one day Workshop on Labour – Laws-What a Supervisor Should Know” on 8th July,2016 at Hotel K ,Faridabad. The Workshop was conducted by panel of three experts namely Shri A.N.Sharma,Labour Law Consultant, Shri Harish Sharma, Assistant Labour Commissioner Govt. Of Haryan, Shri S.S.Chauhan,Ex. Assistant Labour Commissioner in very professional way and explained all 14 Acts that govern the industries.

The Workshop was inagurated by Shri H. S. Malik Chairman Child Welfare Committee,Govt. Of Haryana . In his Inaugural address Mr. H.S. Malik advocated the compliance of JJ Act and not to employ Child Labour in the organisation .It is the reponsibility of the Mangement to ensure safe Working conditions for all sections of employees. Female employees need extra care against harasment and safe environments.

Shri J.P. Malhotra ,President in his welcome address advise the participants to be open in communication to employees. He said that provisions of Laws and rule need to be understood and compliance ensured before going for additional faclities and perks but minimum provisions of Labour Laws must be met.

The Haryana State Productivity Council organised a one full day training programme on First-Aid at the training hall of the council plot no. 521A ,Sector-17,Faridabad..The training was imparted by Mr. Rattan Singh Azad,qualified First-Aid trainer from St. John Association ,Faridabad branch .At the end of the programme Dr. Batra ,Chief Medical officer (Retd.),B.K. Hospital examined the participants.

Shri Surender Suhag , ISH Dy. Director,Industrial Safety & Health ,Dept. Of Labour, Govt of Haryana inaugurated the traning programme. Mr. Anurag Gehlawat advised that we should orgainze similar programme at regular intervals & departments of Industrial safety & health would support initiativ of Haryana State Producitvity Council. 33 participants from following Industries attended the training porgramme.

An Awareness Meet on Apprenticeship Protsahan Yojna was organised on 11-04-2016 jointly with DLF Industries Association.
Sh. H.L. Bhutani, Sr. Vice President HSPC welcomed the participants and explained the purpose and sailent features of the Awareness Meet and what action is to be taken by industry.

Sh. J.P. Malhotra ,President HSPC in his President remarks gave an overview of the Apprenticeship Protsahan Yojna and urged the entrepreneurs to take the First Step by making their enterprises available for Apprentices from Faridabad and adjoining area.

A half day training programme on Kaizen & 5-S Management was organised by the council on 28th April,2016. Er. J.P. Singh FIE Chairman IFI Faridabad inaugurated the Half Day Training on Kaizen & 5-S Management.
President HSPC Shri. J.P Malhotra in his Welcme Address underlined the importance of Kaizen and 5S , giving illustration he stated that Kaizen is an important tool to enhance Productivity and Safety.
