Membership of the council is open to:
Industrial Enterprises/ Large & MSM
Organisation of Employees (Trade Unions)
Educational, Research & other technical Institutions
Individual, Professionals
Service Industry
Any person ,enterprise ,organization or institution may be admitted as a member of the council on being proposed by an existing member.
Subscription:
The council shall from time to time prescribe the schedule of membership Subscription .The present schedule of annual subscription follows as :-

| Category | Large Scale | Above 50 Crs. | Rs. 15000/- |
