Charu has close to 13 years of experience in Information Technology industry & has served Fortune 500 organizations like Prudential Financial (New Jersey) & IBM (US) & DBS (a leading public sector bank of Singapore), Telstra (Telecom Major – Australia), Dubai Health Authority to name a few. She’s currently working as a Project Manager – Transition & Transformation in IBM, Gurgaon & has worked with Infosys & Keane in her initial career.

She has extensive experience in leading & managing projects & has acquired proficiency in End-to-End Quality management (Quality assurance, Quality Control & Knowledge Management) & internal operations.

Computer Science engineer by education, she has attained certificate on Business Administration from IIT, Delhi in 2013.

She’s the IBM’s internal corporate trainer for technical training programs/ soft skills & project management principles.

She has been felicitated with 2015 Eminence & Excellence Orion Award by IBM Director & has received numerous Manager’s Choice Awards during her career.

She enjoys travelling & exploring local customs & cuisines. She has been to places in US, Hong Kong, Singapore, Maldives and many places in India on both personal and professional assignments.

She’s currently working on a new project – to upskill engineering students (& fresh engineering graduates) with in-demand progressive technology trends & enable them acquire the right skills at the right time for present & future job roles.
