BRIEF INTRODUCTION ABOUT THE FACULTY

Harish Magoo – Director Shruti Management Consultants specializes providing consultancy in international standards like ISO 9000, ISO 14000, TS 16949, ISO 18000 etc ; implementation of TQM, TPM, 5 S, Kaizen, poka yoke, productivity improvement, project management, material handling projects, energy conservation ; human resource management projects & conducting training programs ( more than 60 modules ) for senior/ middle level / junior executives; workers. Special programs ( 20 modules )in Hindi have been prepared for workers/ supervisors.

He has done production engineering from Punjab Engineering college, Chandigarh, industrial engineering from Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering- Bombay & Post Graduation in training & development from Indian Society for Training & Development New Delhi, Gemba Kaizen ( Work place Improvement ) & TPM implementation course both from Japan Management Centre Inc ( JMAM ) & got distinction . He is lead assessor for both ISO 9000 & 14000 & has conducted large number of audits.

He has 30 years working experience in reputed industries like Escorts Ltd, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Bharat steel tubes, Gajra bevel Gears Ltd, Punjab Tractors Ltd & Usha Martin Ltd. He has wide experience in industrial engineering, production planning & control, project management, quality management system implementation & human resource management. Last assignment was as a unit head of a automobile organization.

He has 14 years working experience as management consultant & trainer mostly in automobile & other industries.

He has got various papers published in different journals. He was awarded silver medal for best paper published in industrial engineering journal. He is Fellow of I.I.I.E., member of various professional institutes.
